Our purchased policy states that there are no returns or refunds allowed, unless the item is faulty or malfunctions upon collection. In such cases, we offer an exchange for an item of the same price or higher, with a possible top-up required. Alternatively, a full refund will be provided, but this will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by courier services, despite our efforts to provide excellent service.
